Refund Policy

At OmniMedia Syndicated Books, we provide customized, intellectual co-publishing services. Because our editorial, cover art, and marketing calibration workflows are customized specifically for your manuscript, we maintain the following refund criteria:

1. Primary Cancellations

You may request a full refund of any processing deposits within 24 hours of your initial co-publishing signup, provided our developmental editors have not yet initiated manuscript evaluation.

2. In-Progress Milestones

Once editing, custom design layout, or translation workflows have begun, refunds will be calculated pro-rata based on the labor hours already allocated.

3. Post-Syndication

Refunds cannot be issued after a title has been cataloged, indexed, and distributed into international retail databases.
